Returns and Exchanges
Half Phase recognises the risks of online shopping and we aim to help our customers be satisfied with their purchase. If the product is not up to expectation or simply if there's a change of mind, do feel free to request for a return. Currently we do not accept exchanges, but should you need to exchange for a different colour or size, kindly proceed with requesting a return and purchase the product again with the store credit in your intended size/colour.
Conditions for returns
We accept returns for all products except for accessories and items on sale. The product(s) must be in its original condition (hangtag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. There are strictly no refunds (except for defective items) and all returns will be in the form of a store credit with a validity of 1 year.
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the mistake on our end. In order to help us rectify the problem efficiently, kindly send us an email to info@halfphaselabel.com with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description before mailing out the item(s) for us to advise you further.
Do note that the following points are not deemed as defects and a return will be offered instead of a refund:
- Slight colour discrepancy on the photos and actual item
- Difference of about 0.5"-0.75" in measurements stated on the website
- Slight imperfections such as loose threads and stains that are almost invisible
*Defects are based on our discretion and Half Phase reserves the right to decline any requests based on the situation.
Procedure for returns
Please refer to the following steps for making an exchange/return:
1. Drop us an email request to info@halfphaselabel.com within 5 working days after receiving the item, providing any feedback/reasons for the return.
2. After you have received our confirmation email, all items must be mailed back preferably with a traceable mode of delivery*, within 7 working days from our date of delivery for local orders, and 20 working days from our date of delivery for international orders.
*Do note that when sending the item(s) back to us, the delivery fees are to be borne by the customer except for items that are defective or sent incorrectly.
3. Once we have received your item(s), we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift code with a 1 year validity. Please refer to our FAQ section to find out more about the store credits/gift codes.
Half Phase will not proceed with the return request if we did not receive the parcel and are not liable for any parcel loss via normal mail. Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Half Phase's property and no compensation will be offered.
